Ordering Process (Additional Terms & Conditions)
In case of an order received by TRI Dental Implants Int. AG after 12 o'clock (12:00 p.m.) CET on Mondays through Thursdays, products will be dispatched the following working day, in case of an order received in such way on Fridays products will be dispatched the following Monday. Unless expressly agreed upon otherwise between TRI Dental Implants Int. AG and the purchaser, the options as regards the date of dispatch (next day, two days, three days) include working days only and shall not include Saturdays (or Sundays and Holidays); in case you require special dispatch conditions (such as regarding specific date of surgery, specific date of dispatch) please insert your comment into the field “comments to order” hereinafter. With regard to particular TRI Dental Implants Int. AG products a reduced VAT rate may apply in some countries. In such case TRI Dental Implants Int. AG shall for the time being issue and provide you with amended invoices by e-mail.
Benefit and Risk:
The benefit and risk with regard to the object of the purchase, i.e. the TRI Dental Implants Int. AG product ordered by use of this site, passes to you upon placing of your respective order.
Return and Replacement Policy:
Any returning of products against cash is excluded. Demonstrably defective products or packaging shall be replaced upon your immediate notice by TRI Dental Implants Int. AG within due course; any further rights and claims under applicable law, including but not limited to rescission or reduction of purchase price, are expressly excluded. TRI Dental Implants Int. AG provides a lifetime warranty once implant osseointegration has taken place. The warranty exclusively extends to the fact that osseointegration has taken place. The warranty does not include exchange of products that have been incidently opened. Limited warranty for prosthetics and instruments: For all prosthetic components and instruments, we can not provide a lifetime warranty as often handling matters are due for failures of such components. We therefore will always assess case-by-case whether a product should be replaced. Should our analysis show that the product design had failures, we will replace the respective component.
For orders which are not paid by credit card, the modalities of payment are defined on the final invoice to be sent out with an order. TRI Dental Implants Int. AG reserves the right to change these modalities at any time for future orders.
You accept that the contractual currency shall be CHF, EUR, GBP, USD and AUD.
Terms & Conditions Events, Trainings & Courses
The registration must be in writing (e-mail or registration page) and is binding. Registrations will be processed in the order of their receipt.
Confirmation of registration:
Written confirmation of registration and Invoice will be sent prior to the event via e-mail.
Payment of fees:
Events that incur a fee will be billed showing the amount of VAT. Fees are payable by invoice or credit card. Fees shall be stated exclusive of VAT.
Deregistration of participants/substitutes:
Due to planning and upfront obligations, the following rules apply:
- Deregistration 90 days before the event will lead to 25% fee, rest will be refunded.
- Deregistration 60 days before the event will lead to 40% fee, rest will be refunded.
- Deregistration 30 days before the event will lead to 80% fee, rest will be refunded.
- Deregistration 14 days before the event will lead to 100% fee.
A substitute can be registered. Deregistrations and transfers to substitutes must be set out in writing.
Cancelation by TRI® Dental Implants:
If an event cannot be held (e.g. due to the minimum number of participants not being reached or non- availability of the speaker), TRI® Dental Implants reserves the right to cancel the event. Any fees already paid will be reimbursed. No claims to compensation shall be permitted.
